- How courses get into your accountA course you buy on its own appears on My Courses right away. With a bundle, you pick your courses yourself from inside your account.For teachers
- Enrolling with PD hours (green button)Spend your bundle's PD hours on courses with the green Enroll in Course button on My Courses.For teachers
- Enrolling with graduate credits (orange button)Spend your credit bundle on courses with the orange Enroll in Course button, and choose your university before you enroll.For teachers
- My bundle is asking me to pay againIf you see a price or a checkout page, you're on modelteaching.com instead of your dashboard. Pick bundle courses from inside your account.For teachers
- My hours or credits don't add upA balance lower than you expect usually means a course was picked twice. Our team can remove the duplicate and return your hours or credits.For teachers
- Dropping, swapping, or moving a course to another universityYou can't remove a course yourself, but our team can drop it, swap it for another course, or move it to a different university partner.For teachers
- How long you have to use your bundleYou have one year from purchase to pick and finish bundle courses. Need more hours or credits? Buy another bundle; it adds to your balance.For teachers
- Expired courses and renewingCourse and bundle registrations last one year and don't renew on their own. To keep going, register for the course again or use another bundle.For teachers
- NEIU and ed2go coursesNEIU and ed2go courses run in the same course platform as our other courses. ed2go courses include 90 days of access instead of a year.For teachers
