- Quick Course certificatesA Quick Course certificate appears on My Certificates right away, once every module is done and you have 80% or more on the quiz.For teachers
- Downloading your certificates and what's on themMy Certificates lists every certificate you've earned. Download any of them as a PDF to send to your school, district, or state.For teachers
- Certificates for courses bought through a partnerIf you bought a course through a university partner or ed2go, that partner gives you its own certificate to submit to your state, except for New York and Pennsylvania.For teachers
- Getting certificates mailedWe can mail your certificates and CTLE forms for a small fee per mailing. This form isn't for university transcripts.For teachers
- Retaking a course you took beforeBuying a course again renews your access but keeps your old progress, so no new certificate appears. Our team can reset the course for you.For teachers
- Summary and progress lettersNeed one letter that lists all your completed hours, or proof that you're enrolled and making progress? Our team can write it for you.For teachers
