Dropping, swapping, or moving a course to another university

You can't remove a course from My Courses yourself, so a finished course can never be deleted by accident. Our team makes these changes for you.

Drop a course

If you picked a course by mistake or no longer need it, our team can remove it. For a course you haven't started, we return the hours or credits to your bundle. For a course you've already started, tell us what happened and we'll look at it.

Swap a course

Our team can swap a course for a different one with the same number of credits.

Move a course to another university

Every credit course has the same content at every university partner, so our team can move a course to a different university. Common reasons are enrolling through the wrong university by mistake, or a district that accepts one university but not another. Check that your district accepts the new university before you ask.
