My hours or credits don't add up

When a bundle balance is lower than you expect, the usual cause is a course picked twice on the enrollment page, often while the page was slow. Each pick uses hours or credits, even for a course already in your account.

To check, open My Courses and look for a course listed twice. Then add up the hours or credits of your courses and compare the total with the size of your bundle.
