Downloading your certificates and what's on them
My Certificates, in the left menu, lists every certificate you've earned, with its issue date, type, status, and a download button. Use your certificates as proof of completion for your school, district, or licensing authority.
Download a certificate
- Click My Certificates in the left menu.
- Find the course. Use Search by course, or the status filter (Active, Expiring, Expired).
- Click the download icon.
You can also download certificates from My Account, under Your Certificates.
The history icon opens earlier versions of a certificate. If a certificate has never been reissued, its history is empty.
What's on your certificate
- PD course certificates show your name, the course title, the hours you earned, the date, a signature, and a unique Certificate Reference Number.
- Graduate credit certificates also show the university's logo, the number of credits, and instructions for getting your credits. The certificate itself isn't university credit: your transcript comes from the university after you pay for your credits. See Paying for your credits.
