Your state's certificate requirements
Some states and licensing authorities need information from you before we can issue or report your hours. Every course has an IMPORTANT - Certificate Requirements module near the end. Open it before you finish the course and choose your state.
| Your state | What to do |

| New York (CTLE) | Fill in the form in the module before you finish. Your instructor emails you a signed NYSED CTLE certificate within 3 to 5 days after your course is graded. Don't send the standard Model Teaching certificate to New York. See New York: CTLE certificates. |
| Pennsylvania (Act 48) | Fill in the form for every course, before you submit the course. We report your hours to PERMS. See Pennsylvania: Act 48 and PERMS. |
| Montana (OPI credits) | Fill in the form for every course, before you submit the course. We send your course information to Montana within 5 to 7 days after you finish. |
| Texas (TEA CPE hours) | Nothing extra. Download your certificate after grading. See Texas: CPE hours and renewal. |
| Nevada (clock hours) | Nothing extra. Download your certificate after grading. |
| Anywhere else | Nothing extra. Download your certificate after grading. |

Where we're approved
