New York: CTLE certificates

Model Teaching is a NYSED-approved CTLE sponsor, and 1 PD hour counts as 1 CTLE hour. Our sponsor number is 23730; list it with your certificates.

Get your CTLE certificate

1. Before you finish the course, open IMPORTANT - Certificate Requirements, choose New York State (CTLE), and fill in the form.
2. Finish the course.
3. Your instructor signs a NYSED CTLE certificate and emails it to you within 3 to 5 days after your course is graded.

Send the CTLE certificate to New York State, not the standard Model Teaching certificate.
