My certificate isn't showing

A certificate appears on My Certificates when a course reaches 100%. If yours is missing, find your situation below.

Your course is at 99%

Your work is waiting for your instructor's review, and the certificate appears once it's reviewed. See Why is my course at 99%?

A Quick Course is finished but has no certificate

You may not have reached 80% on the quiz. Retake the quiz. See Quick Course certificates.

You took this course before

If you bought a course you'd taken before, your old progress stays in place, so no new certificate appears. See Retaking a course you took before.

You're looking for a state certificate

New York CTLE certificates are emailed to you, and Illinois certificates come from NEIU. See Your state's certificate requirements.
