Live chat is the fastest way to reach us. Our team answers questions about your courses, grading, credits, and the course platform, and can connect you with your instructor.

Live chat

Click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of this page, or Live chat at the top. From your course dashboard, click Support in the left menu to open this Support Center, then start a chat.

Live chat is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Outside those hours the chat takes a message instead, and we generally respond to tickets within an hour during business hours.

If the chat won't open, see Live chat won't open.

Email

Write to courses@modelteaching.com any time. For billing questions, such as charges, receipts, invoices, or refunds, write to our billing team at billing@modelteaching.com.

What to include

You'll get help faster if your first message includes:

  • the email address on your Model Teaching account
  • the exact course title, and the university for a credit course
  • the module name or number, if it's about an assignment
  • what you need, for example "please reopen Module 6 so I can upload the right file"
  • any deadline you're working toward

Never send your password. Our team will never ask for it.

Your instructor

Your instructor reviews your work and leaves feedback in your Gradebook. To reach an instructor of record, start a live chat and our team will connect you. Your instructor can also contact you directly.

Didn't find what you need? Chat with us or email courses@modelteaching.com.
