For administratorsLast reviewed September 25, 2026
Users, then All Users, lists every teacher in your portal with a Completion bar and their Last Login. Search by name or email and press Enter to find one.
To act on several teachers at once, check their boxes and use Bulk Actions to Remove them, Quick Edit them (lock their accounts or enroll them in courses), or Send New Account Email.

- View Activity: everything the teacher has done across your courses.
- View Orders: orders the teacher placed.
The teacher's profile
Choose Go to Profile from the teacher's menu. The left side shows the teacher's course statistics and three buttons:
- Login as This User: see the platform as this teacher, like Switch To.
- Resend New Account Email: sends the teacher their account email again.
- Delete: deletes the teacher's account.
| Tab | What you can do |
|---|---|
| About | Edit the teacher's name, email, and User Categories. Turn on Lock Account to stop them logging in until you turn it off again, or turn on Enable 2 factor authentication so they enter a security code each time they log in. Add private Notes the teacher can't see. Set a Discussion Board Post Alternative Nickname. Click Update User to save. |
| Address | Add a billing address. |
| Portals | See which portals the teacher belongs to, and whether they're a learner or an administrator there. |
| Change Password | Type a new password or click Generate, then click Update Password. |
A teacher's nickname replaces their name on discussion boards; their certificates still show their full name.
