Videos won't play

Course videos stream from Vimeo. If a video shows an error or won't start:

1. Try again in a few minutes. Vimeo outages are usually short.
2. Check your internet connection.
3. Try another network. Some school networks block Vimeo. Try your home network or a phone hotspot.
4. Update your browser, or try a different one. See Browsers, devices, and documents you need.

While a video is down, you can still read the lesson: look for DOWNLOAD A COPY OF THIS LESSON'S TRANSCRIPT HERE in each lesson.

If videos still won't play on a different network, contact us with the course title and the error message you see.
