How long credits take, and meeting a deadline

After you pay, we send your credits to your university, usually on Mondays. The university then posts your grade and emails you instructions for your transcript.
Processing times by university

Meeting a deadline
If you need a transcript by a certain date, for a salary increase or a license renewal:
- Plan for about a month. Finish your courses and pay your credit fees about a month before the transcript is due. It isn't a hard rule, but it gives everything time to process.
- Check what the deadline means. Does the transcript need to reach your district by that date, or do you only need to finish the courses by then?
- Keep your pace. Plan around the 3 credits a week we recommend.
- UOP is currently our fastest university. Check that your district accepts it before you choose it.
