Paid but haven't heard from the university?

Work through these checks in order.

1. Check the timing. We send credits to universities on Mondays, and each university needs time after that. See How long credits take.
2. Check your spam and promotions folders. University emails often land there.
3. Check the notes for your university below.

SNHU

After SNHU's email arrives, it takes one or two more days before you show up in SNHU's registrar system. If you still can't log in after that, email SNHU at coursecredit@snhu.edu. We can't see inside university systems.

UMass Global

UMass Global transcripts are ordered through Parchment. Sometimes the university emails that your transcript is ready before the registrar posts your grades, so Parchment produces a transcript without grades or holds your order. Wait a day or two, then order the transcript again.
