Live chat won't open

Live chat runs on LiveChat, and some school networks and browser extensions block it. If the chat bubble doesn't appear, or nothing happens when you click Live chat:

• Open our chat page directly. LiveChat's page for Model Teaching (opens in a new tab) opens the same chat in a new tab.
• Email us at courses@modelteaching.com.
• Try another network or browser. A home network, a phone hotspot, or turning off an ad blocker for this site usually brings the chat back.
