Finding your orders and receipts

Most teachers buy courses and bundles on modelteaching.com. The receipt for those purchases is in the order confirmation email you received at checkout.

My Orders

My Orders, in the left menu, lists orders placed inside the course platform, with each order's ID, Status, Total, and Date. Use the status filter to show, for example, only Completed or Refunded orders.

If you bought everything on modelteaching.com, this page may be empty. That's expected.

Need a copy of a receipt?

Email our billing team at billing@modelteaching.com with the email address on your account and what you bought. The billing team also answers questions about charges, invoices, and refunds.
