Finding your way around your dashboard

After you log in, you land on My Courses, your dashboard. The menu on the left takes you everywhere else.
The left menu
| Menu item | What it does |

| My Courses | Every course you're enrolled in, plus the enrollment buttons if you bought a bundle. See Using the My Courses page. |
| My Certificates | Download your completion certificates. See Downloading your certificates. |
| My Account | Your name, email, password, nickname, and two-factor sign-in. See Updating your account. |
| My Orders | Orders placed inside the course platform. See Finding your orders and receipts. |
| Announcements | Messages from Model Teaching or your school. |
| Support | Opens this Support Center in a new tab. |
| University Credit Processing | Opens credits.modelteaching.com, where you pay for and track graduate credits after you finish a credit course. See Paying for your credits. |
Announcements and the notifications bell
The bell in the top bar shows your newest announcements. Click View all Announcements to open the full list, with each message's Title and Date Published.
Your profile menu and logging out
Click your name in the top right corner. Choose View Profile to open My Account, or Log Out to sign out. After you log out, you land on modelteaching.com.
Making the menu smaller
Click the menu icon (three lines) next to the logo to shrink the left menu to icons. Click it again to bring the labels back.
