Uploaded the wrong file? Resubmitting an assignment

This happens often, and it's easy to fix. Once you submit an assignment or reflection, the module locks so your work can't change by accident. Our team can reopen it so you can submit again.

Common reasons to ask:

• you uploaded the wrong document or a blank template
• you submitted Step 1 and missed the Step 2 answers
• you submitted before you finished
• you put a file in the wrong module

Changing work your instructor returned

1. Use your saved copy of the file, or download your earlier submission from the module.
2. Make the changes and save the file. A PDF is safest.
3. Attach it to the module and submit it again.
